Voici une tit bombe sortie tout droit du South Central en 1996 sur Franchise Records. Heaven Or Hell est en fait une finalisation de leur premier opus "Do Or Die" puisque les sons sont retravaillés par Twin, Dj Marq et Dj Slip également. Sinon rien ne change, Shawn et Swan sont toujours présent. Seulement 4 titres inédits sont à l'affiche !
